Update: Yuribou not (quite) dead yet!

Just thought I would give you people a quick update on the situation I’m in at the moment, since all of you have had the good grace to stick around while I’m out for the count, internet wise.

Posting at the moment from my laptop Chachazero from the hospital library, so can’t really stay online long enough to put up pictures and the like (definitely not dodgy ones, anyway!). Currently, new house is almost done, apart from the carpet on the stairs. There is a TV and Playstation is connected, but there are two seriously wrong things with this situation.

  1. No phone line yet and difficult to see one in the near future as my housemate that owns the house is being messed around by BT and being credit checked and the like. Estimated time to internet after that would be probably about 2-3 weeks to get the line transferred over -_-.
  2. Chachamaru my wonderful aging computer has blown yet another gasket and is currently out of commission. Parts are ont he way, but if they don’t fix the problem, then new computer may have to be bought, which, on my measley bursary will be a farily daunting task, especially since I have an Elective to save up for next spring.

And so that’s where we are at the moment. Hopefully, Yuribou will be back up and blogging in a few weeks. Love who half lives down in London may do some posts while I am out of commission, so stay tuned for the occasional update…

    Good luck with your housing problems! :( I’m sure you have enough yuri on your hard drive to keep you going until you get your Internet back though ;P Mata ne!
